Mandy Birch

SVP Technology Partnerships Rigetti

Mandy Birch is Senior Vice President, Technology Partnerships at Rigetti Computing, where she leads business development and delivery for multi-sector collaborations, including a DARPA quantum program and a public-private consortium to deliver the first commercial quantum computer in the UK. She is also on the core leadership team of a Department of Energy National Quantum Initiative Center, where she serves as the Ecosystem Development lead. Birch is a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force, where she led multidisciplinary teams of 2,000 people and managed international asset portfolios exceeding $5B. She holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering, engineering sciences, and French from the United States Air Force Academy, an M.S. in mechanical engineering from MIT, and an M.A. in international relations from Tufts University.
