Maria Lepskaya

Senior Associate Runa Capital

Maria Lepskaya is a Senior Associate at the international venture fund Runa Capital. She mostly focuses on deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio development. Her areas of expertise include quantum technologies, materials, and other not software technology stack. In these areas, Runa Capital invests in stages A/ B as well as in seed. Also, Maria partly focuses on the relations with corresponding universities, labs and R&D centers and spinoffs connected to them.

Before joining Runa, Maria worked in the VC industry from different sides for more than 7 years: at the family office, IT-startup and the international accelerator. She also has MS and PhD-candidate degrees in Applied mathematics and Physics at MIPT.
