Richard Debney

Richard Debney is a Vice President of Digital Science within bp’s digital science and engineering (DS&E) team and is a catalyst for exploring and accessing emerging digital technologies. Richard is responsible for adding value to bp’s business entities by applying next generation computing and intelligence technologies. He has held a variety of roles in IT&S and geoscience before joining DS&E working in the UK, US, Azerbaijan and Trinidad. Richard holds an MSc in Condensed Matter Physics and a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Manchester
